The services was fantastic, every little thing pretty clean, many of the personnel extremely attentive and friendly. While in the dining room every thing was excellent, top quality and incredibly handle with care.

Assuming that you are travelling to United States you should book a room here. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was usually pretty clean. The employees have been incredibly handy and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

Ok and generally thoroughly clean – the bathroom could be better. However, We were very happy with this choice and would definitely endorse it to any one wanting to come here.

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for seven days for holidays to checking out the city. HOTEL 21 NYC is found in an exceptionally central placement, it truly is clean and the beds are certainly comfortable! There is only one issue I’d personally suggest going forward and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. However, I had been more than happy with this place and will surely recommend it to everyone planning to go to United States.
